SOUTH YORKSHIRE AIRCRAFT MUSEUM: 13.5 MILES FROM HOTEL

A great day out for families and enthusiasts alike The South Yorkshire Aircraft Museum exhibits a collection of aircraft from the first air show in Britain at Doncaster Racecourse in 1909, to modern fast jets and civil light aircraft. CANNON HALL MUSEUM & FARM: 14.5 MILES FROM HOTEL

Cannon Hall is a country house museum set in 70 acres of historic parkland. For almost 300 years Cannon Hall was home to the Spencer, later Spencer-Stanhope family, who made their fortune in the local iron industry. The museum has a shop stocking a range of greetings cards, local history books, confectionery and giftware.
